From the beginner who is starting at-home to the more advanced lifter who wants a program to follow and not a one-on-one coach; the UpHill Basecamp has you covered at all stages of your fitness journey.

AT-HOME PROGRAM - $30

Beginner (12 weeks)

With this program you can train at home with minimal equipment and a structured workout plan based on real science. Using only portable resistance bands and body weight, this program features the same techniques and periodization as my barbell and dumbbell programs – with all the same strength- and muscle-building results.

GET FIT PROGRAM - $30

Beginner/Intermediate (12 weeks)

"I don't even know where to start..." is one of the most common phrases people who desperately want to get in shape but haven't yet begun taking control of their bodies and their lives by following a fit lifestyle use. They're often intimidated, especially those who have never been properly introduced to weight training. I have just one thing to tell these people: Start here.
Whether you're a true beginner who has never had the pleasure of heaving a loaded barbell or you're starting on the road to fitness again after a long layoff, this is the perfect plan to take you from beginner status to an advanced level trainee in just 12 weeks.

SHRED PROGRAM - $50

Intermediate (6 weeks)

There are very few men and women out there who don’t want to be leaner. All of us wish we could possess impressive muscularity and a ripped set of abs. Yet unfortunately, many find that more difficult to achieve than expected.
While diet and supplements are critical for getting lean, training is a very critical component. When it comes to training, the truth of the matter is that both weight training and cardio are necessary for dropping the most body fat in the shortest time possible. Yet in today’s fast-paced world, many people don’t have time to tack a long cardio session onto to the end of their lifting routine. Luckily, there's cardioacceleration!

SIZE PROGRAM - $50

Intermediate/Advanced (6 weeks)

In 22 size, all muscle groups are trained in every workout to maximize fat-burning; however, two muscle groups in each workout are trained with anywhere from 2-5 exercises to mimic a traditional bodybuilding-style training split and promote muscle growth (all non-focus muscle groups get only one exercise per). The hallmark of this program is the classic linear periodization scheme, where you'll go heavier each week to build lean size and strength & then finish the final two weeks with pyramiding back up.
Bottom line: 22 Size offers muscle-building benefits of a traditional bulking program plus additional fat loss due to the full-body concept.

MASS PROGRAM - $75

Advanced (10 week)
